Buna ziua,        Ma numesc Adalbert am 37 de ani. Sunt voluntar la Crucea Rosie Romana Filiala Sectorului 1 din 2013 pana in prezent. Am curs de prim ajutor la zi, actualizat anual. Sunt instructor de prim ajutor pentru Gimnaziale si Licee pe raza sectorului 1 cu Crucea Rosie. Pe parcursul colaborari mele cu Crucea Rosie am participat si Organizat diferite activitati in special pentru persoanele varstnice si Copii cu Disabilitati Fizice, locomotori si psihice. Sunt o persoana optimista, altruista si cu un simt al umorului extrem de dezvoltat.
