Verified nannies have undergone a video interview with an HR specialist, lasting approximately 30 minutes. During this interview, aspects such as punctuality, seriousness in addressing questions, the accuracy of the information provided, and openness to answering questions were assessed.

Additionally, we evaluate practical experience, understanding of the nanny profession and its challenges, and reactions to certain situations. For example, we assess how a nanny handles scenarios such as: a child having a tantrum, a child developing a fever when parents are absent, or what to do if a child chokes.

If the nanny is marked with a "Verified Identity" badge, it means their identity has been confirmed by checking a copy of their ID card.

While we verify nannies, we cannot guarantee compatibility with a specific family. Therefore, we encourage you to take additional safety measures and request any supplementary documents you find necessary (criminal record, medical tests, psychological evaluation, etc.).
