Dac\u0103 o persoan\u0103 refuz\u0103 categoric, e un semnal c\u0103 ceva nu e \u00een regul\u0103. O menajer\u0103 profesionist\u0103 \u00een\u021belege de ce \u00ee\u021bi dore\u0219ti acest document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Perioada de prob\u0103 pentru o menajer\u0103 nou\u0103: c\u00e2t dureaz\u0103?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Perioada de prob\u0103 legal\u0103 pentru un contract individual de munc\u0103 este de maximum 90 de zile calendaristice, dar \u00een practic\u0103 o s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 (5 zile lucr\u0103toare) \u00ee\u021bi ofer\u0103 suficiente informa\u021bii.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Conform art. 31 alin. (1) din Codul Muncii (Legea 53\/2003, republicat\u0103), angajatorul poate stabili o perioad\u0103 de prob\u0103 de maximum 90 de zile calendaristice pentru func\u021bii de execu\u021bie. <\/em>\u00cen aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103, contractul poate fi desfiin\u021bat f\u0103r\u0103 preaviz \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 motivare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ce evaluezi \u00een primele 5 zile?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Punctualitatea (vine la ora stabilit\u0103?)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calitatea cur\u0103\u021beniei (verific\u0103 col\u021burile, baia, buc\u0103t\u0103ria)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respectarea instruc\u021biunilor tale specifice (produse, zone prioritare)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comunicarea (te anun\u021b\u0103 dac\u0103 \u00eent\u00e2rzie sau dac\u0103 are nevoie de ceva?)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Atitudinea fa\u021b\u0103 de spa\u021biul t\u0103u (respect, discre\u021bie, grij\u0103)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ce faci dac\u0103 menajera nu este potrivit\u0103?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dac\u0103 e\u0219ti \u00een perioada de prob\u0103, po\u021bi \u00eenceta colaborarea imediat, f\u0103r\u0103 preaviz \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 explica\u021bii suplimentare, conform Codului Muncii.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu te sim\u021bi vinovat\u0103 dac\u0103 rela\u021bia nu func\u021bioneaz\u0103. Ai invitat pe cineva \u00een casa ta, ai testat colaborarea \u0219i ai decis c\u0103 nu e potrivirea corect\u0103. Asta e un proces normal \u0219i responsabil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dup\u0103 expirarea perioadei de prob\u0103, \u00eencetarea contractului presupune preaviz de 20 de zile lucr\u0103toare (conform art. 75 din Codul Muncii) \u0219i un motiv real. De aceea, nu am\u00e2na decizia. Dac\u0103 \u00een primele 3 \u0219edin\u021be sim\u021bi c\u0103 ceva nu merge, ac\u021bioneaz\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cel mai simplu mod de a evita aceast\u0103 situa\u021bie: caut\u0103 <a href=\"https:\/\/helperz.ro\/menajera\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">menajere cu recenzii verificate pe Helperz.ro<\/a>, unde po\u021bi vedea exact ce p\u0103rere au avut alte familii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ar trebui s\u0103 semneze menajera un contract?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Da, contractul individual de munc\u0103 (CIM) este obligatoriu prin lege pentru orice rela\u021bie de munc\u0103, inclusiv personalul casnic. F\u0103r\u0103 contract scris, rela\u021bia este nul\u0103 absolut.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Art. 16 alin. (1) din Codul Muncii prevede clar: contractul individual de munc\u0103 se \u00eencheie \u00een form\u0103 scris\u0103, \u00een limba rom\u00e2n\u0103, iar forma scris\u0103 este obligatorie pentru \u00eencheierea valabil\u0103 a contractului. Anterior \u00eenceperii activit\u0103\u021bii, CIM-ul trebuie \u00eenregistrat la inspectoratul teritorial de munc\u0103 (ITM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen practic\u0103, multe familii din Rom\u00e2nia colaboreaz\u0103 informal cu menajera. Asta nu \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 e legal sau c\u0103 te protejeaz\u0103. F\u0103r\u0103 contract: nu ai baz\u0103 legal\u0103 s\u0103 ceri desp\u0103gubiri dac\u0103 ceva e deteriorat, menajera nu are asigurare de s\u0103n\u0103tate sau pensie, iar tu ri\u0219ti amenzi de la Inspec\u021bia Muncii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exemplu\/Model: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/helperz.ro\/blog\/\/data\/wordpress\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Model_Contract_Menajera_Helperz.docx.pdf\">Contract munca menajera<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Trebuie s\u0103 semneze menajera un acord de confiden\u021bialitate (NDA)?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un NDA formal este rar folosit \u00een Rom\u00e2nia pentru personalul casnic, dar po\u021bi include o clauz\u0103 de confiden\u021bialitate direct \u00een contractul de munc\u0103, conform art. 26 din Codul Muncii.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceasta ar acoperi informa\u021bii despre familia ta, codul de alarm\u0103, obiceiuri, program, vizitatori. E o m\u0103sur\u0103 simpl\u0103 \u0219i rezonabil\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Care sunt obliga\u021biile fiscale pentru angajarea unei menajere \u00een 2026?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ca angajator cu CIM, re\u021bii lunar 25% CAS, 10% CASS \u0219i 10% impozit pe venit din salariul brut, plus 2,25% CAM din fonduri proprii.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0218tiu, pare complicat. Dar hai s\u0103 despachet\u0103m cu un exemplu concret. Net menajera prime\u0219te: 1.170 RON.
